| Kevin Blagrave was born in Philadelphia, PA to a middle-class family. His grandfather was a painter and instilled a love of the arts in him at a very young age. Unfortunately, due to the outside pressures of society, art went neglected for years while he attended High School and studied science at the University of Pennsylvania on scholarship. It was at this school that he realized all he wanted to do was create art. Kevin left an Ivy League education behind and took a year off to figure out where he wanted to go with his life. Drawing and painting made themselves apparent as his calling and he sought out training. Kevin is currently studying Fine Art at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. |
